BCCPAC request the Ministry of Education amend the School Act to include a section on supervision of kindergarten children, which applies non-instructional time to meet the minimum child to adult supervision ratios of the Child Care Licensing Regulation under the Community Care and Assisted Living Act. Funding be provided by sustainable funds and not taken out of current funding from the education ministry.
