Members can review the 2025 version of our Constitution and Bylaws.
BCCPAC members approved changes to the Bylaws at the 2025 EGM and changes were subsequently filed with the Registrar of Companies.
The Constitution and Bylaws is a living document and is reviewed on an ongoing basis by the Governance Committee to ensure it continues to meet the needs of members and the Board of Directors.
