That the BCCPAC advise the Minister of Education to amend the BC School Act and/or to direct by Ministerial Order that duly constituted Parent Advisory Councils and District Parent Advisory Councils are independent and autonomous bodies and that districts and schools cannot make policies to limit this independence and autonomy.
