That BCCPAC urge the Ministry of Education to Establish Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FADS) as a recognized funded Special Education category and to include FASD into the manual entitled “Special Education Services: A Manual of Policies, Procedures and Guidelines”. The funding would be in line with Level 2 Supplemental Funding.
