Enhancing Involvement of parents of Aboriginal Students

That BCCPAC explore opportunities to work with the Aboriginal Education Branch of the Ministry of Education, First Nations Education Steering Committee and other Aboriginal groups to: enhance communication with the aboriginal parent community develop additional means of communicating the benefits of parent involvement in education to aboriginal parents develop resources, print materials and/or workshops for use by PACs, DPACs and BCCPAC in exploring means of being more inclusive and encouraging the involvement of parents of aboriginal students.
