We invite you to join us for our in-person Parent Leadership Conference & AGM, taking place April 24-26, 2026, at the Radisson Blu Vancouver Airport Hotel & Marina in Richmond.

This year’s theme reflects our commitment to ensuring parents and caregivers have access to the knowledge, resources, and networks that matter most in public education. Whether you're advocating for your child, supporting your PAC or DPAC, or working to improve the school system for all students, this event is designed to connect you with experts, decision-makers, and fellow parent/caregiver leaders in education.
NOTE: Registrations cannot be shared among multiple individuals.
Registration includes:
- Access to all in-person sessions and networking opportunities
- Breakfast, lunch, and breaks (noted on the Conference Schedule and AGM Agenda)
- Promotional materials from exhibitors and vendors
Eligible Use of Gaming Grants
PACs and DPACs can use Gaming Grant funds (up to the prescribed limits) as noted in the Community Gaming Grants: 2026 PAC & DPAC Guidelines & Conditions (the 2026 version is expected to be published by April 1).
Travel & Accommodation
Attendees are responsible for securing and paying for their own travel and accommodation. Full details can be found on the Travel & Accommodation page including discounted hotel rates, parking details and travel subsidy information.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@bccpac.bc.ca. Cancellations received by March 23, 2026, will receive a full refund.
