We invite you to join us for our annual Parent Education Conference & AGM, taking place May 3-5, 2024 at the Westin Wall Centre, Vancouver Airport in Richmond, BC. Our theme, and content focus, for the Conference is "Back to Basics – Building Capacity".
Pricing:
Conference and/or AGM registration includes breakfast, lunch and breaks (as noted on the Conference Schedule and AGM Agenda ), parking at the hotel and promotional materials supplied by exhibitors and other vendors. Discounts are available to those who register by April 2 (Early Bird rate) and for those member PACs/DPACs who send more than two delegates to both events*.
** Payment for early bird pricing must be received at our office by April 2 **
Eligible Use of Gaming Grants:
PACs and DPACs are encouraged to review the Community Gaming Grants: 2024 PAC & DPAC Guidelines & Conditions for information and limits related to using their Gaming Grant funds to send representatives to the Conference.
Accommodation:
Attendees are responsible for reserving and paying for their own guestrooms. Full details can be found on the Travel & Accommodation page.
Registration Deadline: Sunday, April 28
Registrations and proxies received after April 28 may not be processed in time for the event.
Cancellations:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@bccpac.bc.ca. Cancellations received by April 18, 2024 will be issued a full refund. Cancellations received after April 18, 2024 will be issued a full refund, less a $50 administrative fee.
